NSCC is a specialized nautical service and consulting company which is operating from the port city Klaipeda located in Lithuania.The company has been established in 2014 by former seafarers who are already working in the maritime industry for many years and constantly improving and sharing their experience in this sector together with NSCC team.

To join the vessel and be able to work on flag state ships it is often required for seafarer to hold relevant flag state marine documents which sometimes are not easy to get. NSCC can apply for seafarer’s flag state endorsement (CEC) and seaman’s book (SB).
